Advice - We provide advisory services targeted at our clients. We provide this service through the following methods.

- Personal callers to the office are given on spot advice and referrals.
- Clients book appointments.
- Our clients are also advised through the telephone.
- There are also referrals to us and we signpost our clients to access services.
Areas of advice:
- Areas of advice are: immigration, welfare benefits, housing, health and integration. We have obtained the Quality Mark by the Legal Service Commission (SLC) and exempted by the Office of Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC). When we cannot help you we refer you to other agencies.
